We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. To start an exchange, email us at hello@loteriatshirts.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your order arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at hello@loteriatshirts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us.
